Testing too early maybe?

Hello I’m am trying to conceive and would like a lil advice so i prev miscarried about two years ago my fiancé And i have been trying for three months now when i say i have every symptom i Ov’d on the 5th of feb bd’d on the day of O and before. the very next day ( very strange for me) i started cramping on the left side with bad back pains and it lasted an entire week with nausea, dizziness, headaches i spotted on 4dpo it was such small dots i didn’t think anything of it plus everywhere i read it said that was way too early to implant. i have also still had EWCM nonstop up until 9dpo then sticky on 10dpo now it’s (sorry tmi) milky white/ clear watery cm, and i have been having vivid dreams, fatigue, and my nipple have been very dark and Areola is also changing an getting darker and on most day they are painful (shooting pains.) i took a test on 10 dpo and it was a BFN should i still test ??
