13pp infection?

Needing some advise please!

I had a forceps delivery 4/2 original due date 31/1 and had a substantial tear. I've got stitches galore and some have spread slightly but the doctor wasn't overly concerned at my checkup on the 14th. I now noticed I have stinky discharge/blood in my pads. My partner has noticed the smell as well. It doesn't look like the stitches are infected it seems as though it night be internal. Should I go to the hospital asap or can I wait for the morning? I don't want to freak out too much but also don't want it to be something serious. I've noticed I've had moments of being really chilly and am also feeling slightly more dizzy than usual.
