In the top pic your arms look a little smaller and I can see a difference in your stomach in the side pics. It’s so hard to see the difference in yourself and I’ve been there! Pictures are definitely helpful, but another thing I do is grab something from my closet that’s maybe too tight and then periodically try it on and see how it’s starting to fit better. You’re doing great!

There is a difference...just keep going....there is no quick fix.It takes time and focus.....keep it up....

Big difference in the profile! Take measurements as well, the scale isn't reliable. Look up density of fat vs muscle and you'll understand. Keep going, it's working!
