7dpo and feeling discouraged

I’m about 7 dpo today and I don’t feel any symptoms whatsoever! I have no serious CM except for time to time sticky discharge, no cramping, boobs are good, I have some pimples that appeared on my forehead but don’t that’s anything related.

I’m feeling so discouraged I know it still might be early but with my son I felt on and off cramps from the day I ovulated till the day I found put I was pregnant at 11dpo.

Anyone get a BFP with no symptoms?
