On the 13th i went to thr doctors to check for a water infection, they gave me antibiotics and sent my wee off to the lab to check it was the right diagnosis.

Today I rang them up to see if the results were back and I was on th3 right antibiotics. The receptionist has told me the nurse wants me to book in for a vaginal swab but the receptionist wasn't told why. So now I'm bricking myself wondering what was in my results to warrant a swab. Ive never had one before, its in 2 days.

Can anyone advise me what theyre testing for and how should i prepare for it?
