It seems to be in every YouTube video about pregnancy and I’m just wondering if it’s actually any good. With my first I didn’t have any tearing because I went into preterm labor and he was so small. This time around I’m already further along and I have gestational diabetes so he could be really big. I also hate the smell of the spray they give you in the hospital so I thought this might be better for me.

I got it, but don't love it. I don't really like the smell and it isn't soothing. I preferred the dermoplast and tucks pads.

I haven't used that but I've used other Earth Mama products and loved them.

I did and did not like the smell. I preferred the benzocaine spray it was more soothing

The only thing in that which will actually help much is the witch hazel.  Something like this has a few more soothing ingredients

Otherwise just look for “post partum herbal bath tea” and brew it, let it cool, and put it in your peri bottle.
