Pumping tips pumping

Hi, I am a stay at home mom for 3 months old LO. Recently I started to pump just to supplement with breast milk. When do you pump and how much time do you pump. LC suggested me to pump twice in the morning and night but am not getting time to pump. Please guide me first time mom here.
