Hello all. I’ve been pregnant with twins before, however one “vanished” early on. This pregnancy is totally different. I’ll be 4 weeks in 2 days and I am RAVENOUSLY hungry. I’m talking eating 500+ calories in a meal and not even two hours later my stomach is in pain like I haven’t eaten for a whole day. Mind you, I normally eat not even 1200 calories a day and not hungry like this.

I am constantly fatigued, like lay on the couch all day tired. Normally I don’t even take naps.

I tried to BD the other day and found myself too tired after not even 2 minutes and out of breath.

Of course these aren’t all my symptoms, but the biggest ones. Those with twins, or pregnant with twins, what were your signs/symptoms?? Any of these ring a bell? This is totally different than all my other pregnancies (number 8)
