Taking baby out

My husband and I are complete opposites when it comes to babies and what’s right or wrong...

I was wondering when you started taking your babies out - what I mean is out of the front door to your apartment/house.

My husband thinks babies shouldn’t go out at all until they’re like 3-4 months; I was all for my baby going out even when he’s just a few days old.

Just to be fair we do live in Boston where the winters are cold and he is turning 2 months tomorrow, but we do have a way to get from my apartment to a mall without exposing the baby to the outside cold weather.
