Postpartum?

What exactly is postpartum?  How long does it last?   Just wondering some general information on the subject. What should I expect. I really appreciate everyone’s kind words!  Thank you!!  Also I am 7 days postpartum

I think it varies from woman to woman. I truly didn’t feel like myself until a year later.

Depends on who you ask but postpartum includes the first 6 months after giving birth.  Some may define it  as the first 12 months after giving birth.

Postpartum translates to after birth. I don't think it ever really ends 🤷🏼‍♀️ But there will be a time you feel like yourself again!

Once post partum always post partum. Its gonna vary. I’m 18m and still feel horrible
