Who workout with there significant other

We workout at the same time but different rooms.

We go to the gym at the same time but do not workout together. He has way more stamina for cardio than I ever will and I am physically stronger (I lift more than he does). He made me promise to never use a machine after him because he would watch me up the weight lol. We also workout differently. I go slow,  heavy, and focus on different body parts each workout. He does more hiit style work outs and does a lot more cardio. He has stronger arms,  but my core and lower body would crush him...even though he has a six pack and I'm pretty soft in the middle lol

Every day. We go to they gym together and motivate each other, because sometimes one of us gets lazy. It’s awesome. We do the same routine mostly and sometimes we do couples workouts!

Yep. There’s a gym at our apartment complex and we would go together while I was pregnant. We’re going to start a routine of going 4 times a week now. He motivates me to keep going. 😂
