Implantation ?

Hi, so recently I’ve been ttc after coming off birth control for 2 years, I’ve been off about 3-4 months. My periods came back right away pretty normal about 28-32 days apart. This month a couple days after ovulation I’ve been sick between a random 2-3 day cold, awful back pain, extreme bloating, nauseous, throwing up a few times, and terrible cramps that hurt my pelvis, my back and my lower stomach on both sides and sometimes just 1 side. I’ve taken about 3 pregnancy test and then what I thought was MP started but my first day it was very light and like a dark pick red color and I got cramps and started feeling nauseous right away. Day 2 was very light and was pink/brown but also had very little red, but it seemed watery and I had horrible cramps that had a pulling to my back sensation. And now day 3 it’s very very light and it’s also brown and light pink. Has this happen to anyone? I usually have horrible MP my first 3 days but then it dies down but is never pink or brown and I also do not have cramps or feel sick while I am on my MP.
