Implantation or what

So I never a regular cycle. I always been a heavy flow 7 days. I usually would skip a month or 2 but my last period was September 26th! Doctors said I’m fine. I’m able to have kids everything is fine. I had light spotting on January 24th through 27th light pink. Which they said I most likely had Implantation bleeding. I took a test 2wks later negative ! Could I still be pregnant ? I’ve been having pregnancy dreams of my friends like it’s weird. My boobs was hurting that day. Should I wait another 2wks ? Maybe I’m still early ?!
