Dilated and no contractions?

I’ve slowly progressed to 4 cm dilated over a week but feel no contractions? Anyone else? Know if this is normal?

This happened to me in my first pregnancy. I dilated slowly over the week, by Thursday I was 4cm and 100% effaced but no contractions. Saturday morning I had my bloody show and contractions started that afternoon. Labour went FAST! I started getting timetable contractions around 5/5:30 and was pushing by 10:30

I was at 5cm for my whole 3rd trimester lmfao but even worse I was in prodromal labor for over a month and didnt dilate any more than that (which is good because I didn't want baby to come early, but damn!) Our bodies do weird things hun, just go with the flow 🤣

It happens i was dilated to 4cm for 3 weeks with my second and then 5cm before i went into labor

February 9th I was 3 cm and on Valentine Day I was 4 no contractions either and my doctor just looks at me like wtf are y’all doing?

Did you feel any cramps? I was cramping and dilated to 1cm but been crampy ever since and was wondering if that’s what dilation really feels like.
