Pink spotting

I have very irregular periods, was put on birth control in December and January to clean my system out. Plus I had a hysteroscopy in December to clean out fibroids and thick uterine lining. Had a period from January 10-16, then got this yesterday. Tests keep coming up negative. No pink at all today. These photos were taken about 2 hours apart from each other.

Any ideas?
