I'm scared

okay so I'm a 15 year old girl. when I was 11, my body started changing. my breasts grew just a little bit and haven't grown at all ever since. all my friends are at least a B or C and I'm not even a proper A.. and they're like cone shaped too? makes me so self conscious 😖
