Found out

Today I found out I have PCOS have fatty liver,hair loss,facial hair growth, and pre Diabetic she wants me do a diabetic diet ,she told me it’s best not to get pregnant right now cause my health is important frist she put me on this blue sum broth control and Met Forman pills for diabetics but I know God has the last say so what do ! This dose not mean give up this what’s Motivates me to get up and exercise and do better and eat right but a lot of things is hard like know what to stop eating I been off sodas for 3 days just the food don’t really know what’s good for you these days!
