Positive Pill Abortion stories?

I scheduled my appointment for a medical abortion tomorrow morning. I understand the benefits of a surgical procedure (it's faster, tends to be less painful, and it's over quicker) however, the clinic nearest me only does surgicals on Saturdays, and I won't be able to have child care and someone to drive me on Saturday so I have to go with the medical.

I was hoping someone out there was someone out there with a non-horrific pill abortion story to help set my mind at ease while helping me understand what I'm in for. Thanks!
