I really need advice. I have a video of my

Baby’s father with a knife to his throat bc i was going to leave him and also a picture of him smoking a blunt in front of his 3 year old son if i show this to a court would they still let him get visitation rights to our son? I strongly believe my son being in his care alone is not of his best interest.
