Ovulation confirmation
So you take an opk and have a positive, this doesn’t mean you will ovulate or have. You need to be tracking your cervical mucus and they key thing is your temperature.
In order to confirm ovulation your temperature needs to spike and then stay High for atleast 3 days to confirm ovulation.
Just in case anyone thinks an opk means you will definitely ovulate
