Anyone else feel like their 4 year old is a little tornado?

I have 4 year old twins and they are driving me insane. They’re into everything and it’s like I’m talking to a brick wall. Nothing gets through to them! And they talk and move a million miles per minute so I can’t get a sentence in.

If I could get them to stop, breathe, and be still for 1 entire second I’d be able to gather myself and potentially communicate with them. I am frantic and my nervous system must be in high gear all day long because it’s at the point that even when they go to sleep at night (my favorite time of the day), I’m still scattered and all over the place. I can’t relax!
