Menstrual cup
I bought the life brand menstrual cup (from shoppers drug mart) I have experienced nothing but cramps, excessive amount of pain and discomfort for the past two cycles.
I was wondering if anyone has try the life brand menstrual cup and/or diva cup etc... and what are your experiences.
Should I switch to a different brand or just go back to tampons/pads?
