Post abortion pain

I recently had an abortion, Saturday to be exact. The bleeding and cramping were light the first two days. Today it has been awful cramping & heavy bleeding. Tylenol just isn’t cutting it for me anymore. Is it normal for cramping & heavier bleeding days after?
