Bedtime?

What time do your 3 year olds go to bed? It’s a struggle with ours. She finally falls asleep around 9 after a lot of delaying and struggles. We have an infant too so needless to say, we have no time to ourselves.

Bedtime starts at 7 and is done by 7:30. She is usually asleep by 7:30-7:45. Best advice I got was to give her an earlier bedtime so it would be less of a struggle.

Bath time at 7 and in bed by 7.30. We bedshare so I stay with him while he falls asleep, but usually only takes 5-10 minutes.

We start brushing teeth, jammies, books at 6:15-6:30. Bedtime is at 7pm. Bedtime has been this early since she dropped her nap last fall. Our next baby will be born in May so I’m glad we have her on this schedule

We got into the habit of our 3 year old falling asleep on the couch anywhere between 8:30 and 9:00. I would t want her to go to bed any earlier because we both work and I would hate to have to get ready for bed as soon as I’m done with work. 
She was having a lot of trouble settling down. We cut off screen time, switched up bath time. Our ped gave the green light to try melatonin and I was reluctant but it has helped and she gets more restful sleep now.

8. But we went through a long phase where he wouldn’t fall asleep till 9 or later. We still stuck to the 8:00 bedtime and now he’s falling asleep quick. 
We eat dinner later here, 7 pm, then start bedtime at 7:45. So sometimes he’s in bed as late as 8:20 (no nightly bath—he has dry skin).

My son goes to bed at 6:30-7 and sleeps until 7ish in the morning. No naps here. When he did nap, he was going to be around 7 and waking up at 6:30-7

I think what time they get up and if they nap will affect what bed time works. I have a 3 and 2 year old who share a room. The 2 year old still naps but for my sanity I had to get them on the same bed time routine. They both usually get up between 7 and 7:30. We start bed time routine at 7:30 pm with clean up of toys then brushing teeth then into bed for stories. Lights are off by 8, most nights I can sneak out by 8:15-8:30. I used to stress about bed time so much and could never get them to sleep early so I just started to create this routine and no matter what didn't stray from it and I am SO glad I did!!

Bedtime is 6:30-7. Our 3yo and 22mo share a room and both go down at the same time. My goal is for them to be sleep by 7 and 90% of the time that’s what happens.
