Letrozole/pcos

Feeling super bummed this was my last round of medication (round 3). I felt really food about it this month I had such a great ovulation test best one I had. But I got my period today. I have an appt Thursday to find out what’s next I won’t be surprised if it’s just a higher dosage. I was only on 2.5mg. Any success stories after three months? And what was your dosage? Needing some positivity today. Three months took me 6 months with my crazy cycles due to having pcos.
