We started the journey to figure out why we couldn’t get pregnant this past October. Long story short, we discovered my husband has zero sperm and eventually discovered he had very early testicular cancer in his left testicle. They removed the testicle and checked the tissue for sperm but unfortunately found none. However, our infertility doctor seems to think there’s a chance sperm could return now that the cancer is gone.

Has anyone had any experiences with this? For as much resources as there are online, its surprising how few examples you can find relating to your own scenario sometimes.
