Menstrual cycle PP

Hi everyone. So I’m 8w 5d PP and just got my cycle back yesterday. It’s so heavy I bled through my cup, a pad, my underwear, and my sweatpants. Any suggestions for when I go back to work next month?? I’m a teacher with VERY limited access to a restroom. (Before y’all jump down my throat, there’s no one to cover my class. I teach in an inner city district that just shut down schools for asbestos and lead. We barely have enough teachers on staff so we definitely don’t have any extra). I’m just worried about leaking through.. I also teach 4th grade so they’re definitely aware
