Does anyone know what this could be?

I noticed this rash of some sort a couple days ago been putting aqua for on it. Hasn’t really cleared up. It’s just on his chin and neck line. should I call the dr now or give it a couple more days?

Keep baby in breathable cotton and if you breastfeed or pump, apply some breastmilk to the rash area. Stay away from fleece as it's basically plastic. Cotton clothing, blankets/wraps, etc. Light layers if it's cold where you are. Good luck!

It looks like a heat rash to me. Are the pajamas fuzzy? My daughter couldn't wear those because she broke out in rashes like this.
