Testing Out Trigger

I triggered this morning, and my <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> is scheduled for tomorrow morning. When should I start testing out the trigger? This is our 2nd <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>, and I didn't know testing it out was a thing last time LOL I have since bought a box of pregmate tests off amazon so I can test it out this time.
