I just started my new job a few months back, and I already have noticed how much I am taken advantage of. I am constantly picking up my coworkers slack and doing all of the work. One of them calls off every single time she knows I’m working so she can get away with it. I just really want to vent to someone about it and get the opinions of others as to if I should tough it out of find a new job. I’m working as an activities assistant in a nursing home and I only work here because I am getting my degree in healthcare management and would like to one day work within the hospital that is connected to my work. I just don’t know what to do.
