Is your baby cuddly?

My little one pushes me away and will only cuddle if she is exhausted 😩 She is has always been this way but she used to sleep on my chest but now she is way to busy for cuddles. She hated being swaddled doesn’t like hugs only wants to be held facing out so she can see. I hope one day she likes snuggles 😭

My oldest was like that he only wanted cuddled if he was not feeling well or tired even now at 3 he’s still the same way I have to bargain for a kiss lol. My 7.5 month old has just started this he wants to just chill and play he’s sitting on his own now so it’s like who needs mom

My brother in law has 3 kids and he always tell me that they go through a phase where they won’t snuggle anymore but then when they get a little older they’ll be super snuggly again. I feel like my girly is such a nosy Nora she just wants to see what’s going on and play all the time. She will only cuddle if she’s exhaustedddd

Ours is obsessed with snuggles and being held. He started asking to be picked up about two weeks ago.

My 6 month old has never been cuddly. I’d say he’s fallen asleep on me only a handful of times. He wants to be put down to sleep and not rocked. I’ve really missed having a cuddly baby this time

Nooooo. He is so independent and would rather be sitting up, standing, or jumping. He does not enjoy cuddling.

My oldest is my "needs her personal space at all times" child. She has been this way since birth. Hated swaddles & was never really affectionate. My younger 2, (7 & 7 months) are my cuddlers. My 7yr old still snuggles with me..and she was swaddled until 4 months, she loved it lol. My son hated swaddles, but loves to cuddle. Until something catches his eye lol

My baby is the same!!! I wish he would cuddle me :’(. He just stared giving “kisses” though and gives me very hard and wet kisses when I ask, so that’s super sweet. But he is always so busy and will never let me snuggle 😭😭

Mine too! Just last night I was thinking to myself, damn I wish you would be content to just sit or lay here with me and watch tv instead of whining and squirming all over the place lol! I was also wondering if other babies do this or if it was just mine!
