Not enough weight gain? Formula fed

Question

My baby is 7 week's today.  She spits up once or twice a day but it's about an ounce.  She'll take 4  oz maybe twice a day and the rest its like 3-3.5 . Every 3.5-4 hours.  She's only 9.4 lbs was born at 7.7 i jessup seeing pics of all these chubby littles and she's still in newborn clothes.  She Been sick the last week and a half with a gross cold and i don't know if the post nasal drip is effecting her.  Drs keep saying she'll catch up but she's in like the 16th percentile and I'm nervous.  My boys eye eating 5-6 ,oz bottles and wearing 3 months clothes by now.  Advice please

It's not always about gender, boys arnt always bigger then girls!! - My first born son was born at 6 pounds 3! 
He drank little but often when he was a newborn, hes 18 months now but he looks alot younger because of his size and he takes ages to outgrow his clothes (he can still fit into 9-12) but he's healthy 👍
My daughter was born at 7 pounds 8 and is way more hungry! 
If the doctors arnt concerned then try not too worry. 💕

my baby was born 6lb 8oz and shes now 8 weeks plus 3 and weighs 8lb 14oz shes under the 9th percentile but no one seems worried xx

I agree, don’t compare. Every baby is different. I’m EBF and we just make small kids. My 4yr old has never been higher then 7% for weight. Almost the entire time she was a baby she was 1-3%. She had her own growth curve & doctor had zero concerns. This baby was born 6.10 and was at 8.6 at her 2m appt. She’s 3% for weight and height. Again dr had no concerns.

Don’t compare to your sons. She’s her own person and boys are just bigger than girls. as long as she’s not dropping percentiles it’s fine! Your doctor will tell you If something is wrong. My daughter was in newborn clothes until at least 8 weeks. She’s totally normal! They are considered newborns until 12 weeks!

My daughter is in the 11th percentile. She is 10 weeks and weighs 4.3 kg (9.5 lbs). She weighed 2.78 kg (6.1 lbs) at birth. When people see my baby they think she is only a few weeks old. 
As long as baby is growing on her own curve it’s alright and as long as she is drinking enough and has enough wet diapers you don’t have much to worry about. But I do understand why you would. I’m the same but i see how my daughter is developing. But growing and in behavior.
