Has anyone every been diagnosed with BV (bacterial vaginosis) during pregnancy?

I hear it's something that's common,I've never up until now have experienced this. There was no symptoms other than additional discharge for me.  I've been prescribed antibiotics nd everything should return to normal. Not sure if sex or my new body wash or if it just happened was the cause but glad my baby is ok

Probably your body wash. Even intimate soaps are not recommended as they screw up the balance of your bacteria. Mine was caused by antibiotics years ago. Coconut oil and cold yogurt tampons inside helped me clear it out.

I answered the wrong poll! I had it with my daughter in my last pregnancy! 😔 they gave me some horrible tasting antibiotics to take for a week and it took care of it! It’s very common in pregnancy and not a STD/STI. Don’t worry momma you and baby will be perfectly fine and don’t go beat up the Daddy thinking he gave it to you. 😘

Lol. Thank you. The lady first said you have an infection she didnt specify nd I was like ummmm...  what do you mean. But I recently ran out of my dove nd have a shit ton of Victoria secret nd bath nd body works I figured I'll use up. Nd perhaps switching between them was the cause. So I'm going back to using strictly dove
