Fallopian tubes

So I had a examination done today, had dye inserted ( extremely painful) to which we found out that one of my tubes is fully blocked, and the other has lesions on it. No idea why or how!! Been trying to conceive for 6 years with no luck! Anyone else had this done? I’d love to know your outcome
