Diaper rash remedies ?

Little guy has had a terrible diaper rash for 2 days. Nystatin and aqua for aren’t seeming to touch it and it’s painful to wipe for him. Any home remedies/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Calmoseptine IS FREAKING AMAZING. Nothing else worked for us, it’s instant relief as well because of the menthol. Seriously don’t buy anything else go get a tube now!!! I buy it at Walgreens

Penaten! One of my husbands coworkers brought us some back from Germany, and it’s worked wonders. You can order it off of Amazon.

We try to let him be diaper free a bit each day, change much more frequently, and do them up sort of loosely. Leaks are much more likely but it helps to get some air in there to heal. 
We also do AD cream and a few times we’ve done a dab of neosporin on the worst spots and AD over top.
