7 weeks pregnant with cramps!

This is my first pregnancy, and I’m wondering how many of you had cramps during your first trimester? They’re never really horrible, but obviously they’re not nice either! They happen 2-3 times a day, and only for a minute or so. It almost always happens after I’ve had bad back pain for a while and then I’ll have a few belly cramps. BUT I’ve been having cramps the whole 7 weeks though! Is this normal?

I just never knew cramping was a pregnancy symptom, but I’m hearing and reading a lot that it is. I actually thought I was going to start my period so I didn’t test for the longest time, because I was having cramps, the only weird thing about them was that they only stayed for a few minutes rather than the whole day or a few hours. They also feel more like stretching (almost like a growing pain). I also told my doctor and she said it was normal! Just need some reassurance from others I guess!
