I tried hard to stay away from coffee but the cravings are strong!

I have at least one cup everyday still 👍☕ It's okay to have coffee, just have to watch how much you have that's all.

Yes I have my full caffeinated coffee every morning then I have a decaf in the afternoon.

I gave up coffee for the first trimester.. my doctor told me to give it up completely.. but I was craving it so bad so start of 2nd trimester I started having a cup once in a while ... with my first born I had coffee every morning while going to work ☺️

I'd say you could try decaf if anything, 
Or even dandy blend. 
It makes sense to crave it if you are used to drinking it.

Yup I drank 3-4 cups with both pregnancies 🤷🏻‍♀️ I don’t give up the coffee
