First time tracking after long term pill use
Hey ladies
I was on the combined pill for 13 years (too long I know)
This will be my first natural cycle since coming off and have started tracking to be more in tune with my body.
I've been looking at other posts and my chart seems a little all over the place. Can't tell when or if I have ovulated either.
Taking temp at the same time (give or take 30 mins). I'm wondering if this is normal due to the term pill use.
