Bad cramps 14 weeks???

Question

Almost 4 months I woke up and showered and started feeling cramps in my uterus and I looked it up it says it’s ligament and it’s normal but it hurts and i’m scared because I am always paranoid. Advice ?? Anyone got cramps by their uterus around this time?? Anything to do for it?

Been having this cramps to 14 weeks they so painful 😖 it’s been 24hrs already but atleast I managed to hear the heartbeat today
