Bipolar husband

Recently my husband has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, and he’s been taking anti/depressants for years. We’ve paused our TTC journey for now because he’s really been struggling with his hallucinations and has zero sex drive (which has been pretty common for the five years we’ve been together). I’m wondering though if we’ll ever be able to conceive because he is never in the mood.. Has anyone gone through this?
