Hi I'm a ftm and I need help deciding on a baby carrier or a different car seat please help!

Question

I want to buy this Britax all in one Car seat but it does not have a base and would stay in the car at all times. I love the safety rating for it and I also love the way it latches in. I would rather spend the money on this than a carseat that just pops off a base. 
 
The issue I'm having is trying to come up with a way to tote my newborn inside that isn't in a car seat.
Would you guys recommend a baby carrier or that I wrap him up while carrying him in? Please leave suggestions and photos of the products you've used. I'm at a loss on this one.

I like the one below. I would consider a car seat carrier also. Some babies are hard to get to nap as it is. My son isn’t the easiest to get to sleep or nap and there’s definitely a convenience factor with a carrier over the carseat that stays in the car. Just throwing it out there :)

Sorry I used the wrong term and it won't let me edit the post. By baby carrier I ment something like this, or a seat that isn't another car seat. I love all the suggestions I just feel that something like this would be easier to quickly transfer my baby into just to bring them inside. This is the only thing I've found so far though. Any suggestions on a seat that isn't a car seat or something like this? Thank you all so much!

I have the Britax convertible clicktight because of the reviews too. I never carried an infant carrier anywhere. I would put her straight in the stroller (nuna mixx stroller can be used starting from birth because it can be laid flat, but they also have a bassinet piece). If I don't have the stroller, I just carry her in. But my favorite carrier is the baby Bjorn Free. I tried about 20 carriers and they were all a challenge or uncomfortable for her. She loves this one and it clips in the front so it's super easy to use and great back support is a bonus.
