epsom salt as a laxative?

is it safe to take epsom salt as a laxative?
is there any safe laxative out there for pregnant women?
I take 65mg of iron supplement daily and I can go a week+ without any vowel movement omg anything that will help? thanks

I did an enema, 2 times during early pregnancy. 
I heard from women on here that it’s not safe but my doctor said it was fine, I just drank a lot of water when I did it.

You have to be careful with laxatives. My doctor said you can only use certain ones because the ones that are stimulants because they can cause the baby to pass meconium in the womb. She said that milk of magnesia is safe and Miralax. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Senna isn’t safe while you are pregnant, usually a stool softener is all that is needed, if you haven’t gone in the last 12 days then I would also buy an enema, and it’s probably worth talking to you dr.
I used to use coloxal without senna.

Laxatives are perfectly safe to use. Also, eat your fiber girl! It made ALL THE DIFFERENCE during my first pregnancy. Constipation was my terrible constant companion and then I started eating the cereal Fiber One for breakfast most days and it totally saved my life! Not kidding. So worth it.
