Baby break outs?

My baby is 2 weeks old and has developed a break on one side of her face on her cheeks. We do avoid kissing her face and keep her face clean and moisturized (since she’s peeling). How do I get rid of the break outs???

If you're breastfeeding dab some breast milk on it. My little baby has been breaking out but that's been making her little baby acne clear up a bit. I wipe her face with a baby wipe and after her baths I use coconut oil on her skin and hair.

Mustela no rinse cleansing water worked great on my daughter’s baby acne. I tried breast milk per everyone’s suggestion. But really wasn’t helping much. The cleansing water cleared it right up.
