Of course google says breast cancer 🙄😩

So these rashes have popped up on the under side of my boobs and I have no idea what they are or what caused them! The ones looks like a zit or something but the white head on it was like like a dry patch of skin and I scrapped it off? Nothing comes out when I squeeze it and the other patches are like dry and scaly. I'm worried. Anyone have ever seen anything like this?
