Should I have symptoms between 4-5 weeks? I’ve lost 4 pregnancies in the past that I didn’t have symptoms with either so I’m worried. I just had my first hcg draw yesterday at 118.24 and go back tomorrow but I just feel like it’s already over bc I feel so normal.
