Is constipation a sign of milk intolerance?

I’ve noticed since we switched to whole milk my son is extremely constipated

We started offering more water, veggies, and fruit.. constipation has been gone for a few days now.

Its the opposite actually, they tend to get belly pains and diarhhea.
I’d say bub is just dehydrated. Offer more water or more milk, or pear/prunes/apples x

I believe it’s the opposite, my son is intolerant and he’s gets diarrhea
