Anyone going to RN school and jugling a lot more??

I want to go back to school. I have other student loans though where i chose a different career. I want a better career for me and my family and want to become a RN. Anyone have a job and a kid and go to nursing school? Also what about my other loans? Judt need some advice.

I am currently in school because I want to become a PA. I work as a paramedic, I have 2 kids and am 33 weeks pregnant with my 3rd. I am still taking classes and am registered for classes next semester as well. I also have loans from previous schooling. You are not alone!

I work, have 5 kids, and I’m in nursing school. I couldn’t do it without my husband’s help (with the kids) though. If you have someone to watch your kids you’ll be fine. Be prepared for long days and a schedule that changes every semester. It’s worth it.

I had friends in nursing school with kids but they didn’t have jobs.

I do not, but my cousin went to nursing school while having a 5 month old baby and a full time job. A friend of mine also did nursing school with a child and a full time job. Both of them had a lot of support from family, and in my cousin’s case, her spouse as well. It can certainly be done, though. It’s hard, but it can be done.
