confused

hi guys, I’m on the pill for a year, today I was supposed to get my period and surprisingly I know like around the fine I get it. Although today I woke up with anxiety, is it possible that it pushed it back or am I pregnant? I also took a pregnant test and it was negative? What’s happening?
