Can anyone please help me to deactivate my account on Glow Period Tracker app?

If I don't wanna use and have the Glow Period Tracker anymore, can you please help me to show me how to deactivate it, please? Thank you.

Go to home and then setting and scroll right down to the bottom. Then delete the app from your phone as well
