Too many fruits?

Question

How much fruits do your babies eat? My baby will eat other food but prefers fruits. I don't want to give him too much but sometimes he will only eat fruits. Is this normal?

I give a little fruit pretty much with every meal. I just make sure he gets other things too to balance out his diet. He would eat 15 pounds of blueberries a day if I let him!!!!!!

My son just has fruit with his breakfast and sometimes for a snack between supper and lunch. If it’s snack time he has cheese after to neutralize the acid on his teeth.

She isn't offered that much really. Twice a day and usually with other foods at the same time.
She's pretty good at getting a bit of everything 😅

I wonder the same things sometimes. I think there is such a thing as too much.. and the sugar can cause cavities, so I try to keep fruit to 3 times a day with other foods at the same time. What I understand is that it's best kids eat sugary foods with meals rather than snacking on them all day long in terms of affecting teeth. I try to offer lots of veggies but he just doesn't like them.

Mines the opposite- so weird I know, but it’s a struggle to get her to eat fruit . She loves broccoli green beans, salmon , tuna, oatmeal and eggs. But that’s about it. I’ve tried purée fruits as she can’t handle much else she’ll gag. But she wants nothing to do with them.
